NOT FOR PROFIT COMPANY

FOCUSED ON URBAN

BIODIVERSITY NET GAIN

Biodiversity is in catastrophic decline in the UK.

Since 1970 UK species have declined by about 19% on average, and nearly 1 in 6 species (16.1%) are now threatened with extinction. This is a stark reminder that the nature crisis isn't restricted to far-off places like the Amazon or the Great Barrier Reef.

We’re here to support the government's commitment to halt species decline by 2030, and give back to the whole ecosystem, from our farmers to our urban communities.

Purpose driven.

We are a not-for profit organisation that is driven to close the gap between urban and rural communities.

Doing the right thing.

Our mission, vision and values are clearly defined to make sure we always prioritise those in our network fairly.

A different way.

We’ve developed a circular biodiverse economy that benefits everyone. Read here about how we develop our Net Gain Networks.

“My mission is to reverse the biodiversity decline in the UK, my passion is the countryside and sustainable living.

I will use this opportunity to close the gap between our urban and rural communities, and support the future of farming in England.”
